Imlay City Family Practice has a full-time opportunity for a Family Medicine physician. Join a collegial team of 1 Family Medicine physician and 3 nurse practitioners at their long- standing and well-respected patient-centered medical home and comprehensive primary care first practice. Entrepreneurial candidates with a commitment to the communities they serve will have all the tools needed to be successful in this position, such as an on-site lab, x-ray, and ultrasound, as well as a pharmacist, care manager, and counselors. Affiliated with Corewell Troy, McLaren Lapeer, and Lake Huron Medical Center. Qualified candidates will be board certified/board eligible in Family Medicine.
