Job Responsibilities: Plan and setup Tornos and Gildemeister six-spindle machines Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality Provide training and guidance to junior level personnel Job Qualifications: Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints. Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers). Strong knowledge of machining principles. Experience operating and setting up. (Tornos & Gildemeister preferred) Familiarity with creating and interpreting job layouts, with a focus on part accuracy and efficiency. Your pay is determined based on your skills, experience, and market data for this position. The pay range for this role is listed above.
