Saw OperatorPay Rate is $18.91/hr M-F 8am to 5pmPosition OverviewLocation: Mesa, AZWe are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will prepare precision-cut aluminum profiles and execute key machining operations for custom customer orders.Key ResponsibilitiesSaw Operation: Operate semi-automatic saws to cut aluminum profiles into precise sections according to custom order specifications.Machining & Fabrication: Perform essential machining tasks, including drilling, tapping, boring, and countersinking.Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and cut sheets utilizing the metric system (dimensions in millimeters, product info, and quantities).Documentation: Maintain accurate physical and digital records for all job orders.Workspace Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, safe, and tidy.General Duties: Collaborate with team members and perform other related production tasks as assigned.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience: 2+ years of experience in metalwork and assembly preferred.Prior experience working with modular aluminum profile building systems or tube/joint framing systems is a strong plus.Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.Working knowledge of the metric system preferred.Key Attributes: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.How to ApplyIf you are detail-oriented, skilled in precision fabrication, and looking for a solid opportunity, we want to hear from you!
