Bilingual Program Coordinator (Spanish & English)

Employment Type : 15-19 hours per week, non-exempt (overtime eligible). Work Setting & Hours: Primarily in office setting. Flexible working hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Mon-Fri, depending on candidate’s schedule, with weekly in-person team meetings on Tuesday mornings. Reports to: Assistant Director Compensation $34.62 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Up to $1,500 bilingual annual stipend (Spanish), $57.50 per week worked. Paid Time Off based on experience (fulltime employees accrue 144-256 hours per year). 10 paid holidays & last 7 weekdays of December as paid time off (pro-rated based on days and hours typically worked). Up to 3 Paid Personal Days per year based on time of hire, and hours typically worked. Up to 5% 403(b) Employer Match after one year of employment. Position Overview The Bilingual Program Coordinator provides critical support to the organization’s programs as well as data-driven plans for improved program outcomes. This role involves performing administrative duties, providing program support, and tracking & reporting data. They are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting nonprofit work. Key Responsibilities Program Support (80%) Provide logistical support for events and programs, including registration and materials preparation. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events with community partners. Assist in processing Kids Club invoices and tracking program hours. Oversee the day-to-day programs at The Village, ensuring they align with the organization’s upward mobility framework. Coordinate promotion of CCR and partner-provided programs through social media, WhatsApp, and creation of flyers. Identify, coordinate, and participate in (as needed) opportunities for outreach in the community to ensure program promotion and general awareness of CRR’s work. Support event planning and logistics for community events (as needed) in coordination with the Director. Data Support (10%) Support data entry by collecting data from Apricot, community partners, and feedback surveys regarding program impact. Evaluate data to improve programmatic decision making, in collaboration with CCR leadership. Provide data for grant applications, reports, and compliance tracking. Team and Organizational Engagement (5%) Study and understand race equity frameworks, two-generation approaches, and trauma-informed care. Actively participate in meetings as requested. Study, understand, and contribute to CCR’s strategic direction, as guided by the Urban Institute’s Upward Mobility framework. Study and understand the history, values, structure, objectives, programs, and financial needs of CCR. Advocate for equity and inclusion in all aspects of the organization’s work. Serve as a liaison between CCR and the community, promoting trust and collaboration. Attend and support relevant community events to promote services at The Village. Identify and complete professional development activities. Promote and participate in fostering our team agreements. Maintain confidentiality of Connect Casino Road clients personal protected information. Other Duties as Assigned (5%) Complete special projects at direction of supervisor. Miscellaneous duties assigned by supervisor. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a related field. Bilingual in Spanish and English; strong verbal and written proficiency. Experience in multi-tasking, specifically with computer programs while engaging in a phone call. Ability to gather and organize information; strong attention to detail and data integrity. Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft office products, including Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel; experience with Apricot/client data software and Canva is strongly preferred, however training can be provided. Strong orientation for, and commitment to the community. Comfortable working autonomously but also with a broader team in support of the community. Excellent interpersonal skills. Possession of sound judgment, tact, humility, and discretion required in order to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, partners and community members. Ability to work alongside people with different cultural attitudes and behaviors effectively. Required to work occasional evening and weekend hours as needed. Ability to transit within Snohomish County or surrounding counties for offsite meetings, as needed. (Personal vehicle, community transit, rideshare, etc.) Ability to handle confidential and personal protected information with complete discretion. Ability to learn new databases and programs.
