The Controller plays a critical role in overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. This position involves managing budgeting processes, financial analysis, and collaborating with various departments to maintain fiscal integrity and support strategic decision-making.
** Responsibilities **
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Supervise and develop accounting staff, fostering continuous improvement
- Monitor internal controls and accounting procedures for efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits and tax reviews
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in financial management
