Lead Test Engineer

Job Summary As a Test Engineer within the Enterprise Test Engineering (ETE) family at DTCC, you will ensure that all applications, systems, and products meet defined quality standards. The role encompasses functional, non‑functional, and architectural testing, including regression, browser, performance, capacity, stress, resiliency, and infrastructure testing. You will develop and maintain automated testing solutions, collaborate with developers to remediate defects, and provide centralized, independent quality assurance services across the firm. Pay & Benefits Competitive base pay and annual incentive Comprehensive health, life, and well‑being benefits based on location Pension / retirement benefits Paid time off, personal/family care, and other leaves of absence Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee) What You’ll Do Identify and select automation test cases Develop automation test plans and obtain approvals Configure Selenium Test Environment (STE) and implement the framework as per requirements Create, enhance, debug, and run test cases Manage changes and execute regression and end‑to‑end tests Resolve issues related to object identity and error handling Engage with users to understand stories before automating them Qualifications Minimum 8+ years of related experience Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience Experience in test automation with Selenium, TestNG, and Java Strong communication skills Additional Qualifications Fosters a culture of integrity and clarity Stays current on specialist area changes and pursues learning opportunities Coaches others and builds collaborative teams across the organization Communicates openly with colleagues across the organization Equal Opportunity Employment We are an equal‑opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
