Production Worker, Hourly

As a Production Worker here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be an integral part of our Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business unit. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality will ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Metropolis, IL location.

Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production, and quality improvements.

Rotating 12-hour shifts required

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment.

• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

• Support the Solstice Operating System.

• Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness.

• Comply with all safety rules.

• Record and report production data.

• Analyze data and production reports.

• Set up and change over equipment.

• Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity.

• The hourly pay for this position is $28.98 per hour

Compensation:

The annual hourly pay for this position is $28.98 per hour. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
