Specialist, Quality Control, Cell Therapy

Quality Control Specialist role supporting drug product lot release and in-process testing in a cGMP cell therapy manufacturing environment. Performs routine analytical testing, data verification, and documentation review while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples
• Conduct data verification, data review, and GMP documentation review
• Support method transfer, validation, and verification testing as needed
• Execute CAPA, deviation, and investigation-related tasks
• Train analysts on general laboratory job duties and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent
• 2+ years analytical testing or QC experience in regulated environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in cell and molecular biology techniques
• Ability to follow procedures accurately and apply scientific principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and ability to work in fast-paced team environment

Compensation: $38.30 - $46.41 per hour
