Salary: $61,500 - 89,500 per year Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- Tableau Desktop Foundation certification
- Expert-level understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and constraints
- Advanced proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
- Strong grasp of Salesforce security models and sharing architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tooling and DevOps practices
- Demonstrated experience using Tableau with Salesforce reporting
- Proven background designing large-scale Salesforce implementations
- Solid knowledge of API integration patterns and middleware solutions
- Experience with data migration and ETL tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Preferred: government IT project experience
- Preferred: knowledge of FedRAMP compliance requirements
- Preferred: experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms
- Preferred: additional Salesforce specialty cloud certifications
- Preferred: experience with AI/ML implementations in Salesforce
- Preferred: experience with GearSet
- Preferred: experience with GitHub
- Preferred: knowledge of DevSecOps practices
- Preferred: experience with enterprise change management
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives and technical standards
- Lead technical design discussions and support development teams with guidance
- Build advanced custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and related Salesforce tools
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including solution design materials
- Define and reinforce best practices for development, security, and performance tuning
- Mentor junior developers and review deliverables with technical oversight
- Assess new Salesforce features and emerging technologies for possible adoption
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
