Responsibilities

We are looking for a Global Markets & Middle Office Operations Business analyst. Seeking a senior, highly analytical Business Analyst with deep financial services, Global Markets, trading, and middle-office business experience to support initiatives within Corporate & Investment Banking.

• Partner directly with Global Markets, trading, operations, compliance, and other business stakeholders to understand business needs and operational challenges.
• Analyze end-to-end business and middle-office processes, identifying risks, gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document, challenge, and refine detailed business and functional requirements.
• Understand how trades and related business activity flow through the organization and how different business and operational functions interact.
• Translate complex business and operational needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Engage stakeholders to move beyond surface-level requests and identify the underlying business problem.
• Evaluate impacts across business functions and operational processes.
• Support initiatives affecting CIB and frontline business organizations.
• Deliver high-quality analysis and documentation within established timelines and SLAs.
• Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups in a highly collaborative and communication-heavy environment.
