What We Offer Competitive base salary ($120,000 - $180,000 DOE) + production bonus Comprehensive mentorship program for new and recent DVM graduates: daily case support, weekly check-ins, and hands‑on surgical training Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match PTO and flexible work weeks CE allowance + paid CE days Coverage for license, dues, and liability insurance What We’re Looking For Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an AVMA‑accredited institution Active California State Veterinary License (or eligibility to obtain) DEA license (or eligibility to obtain) Maintain current Continuing Education requirements for the state of California Committed to ongoing personal growth and assisting the development of others Your Role as an Associate Veterinarian You’ll play a key role in delivering preventive, diagnostic, and comprehensive care to companion animals, while also serving as a trusted advisor and compassionate resource for their families. Focus Areas: Lead medical and surgical cases with full diagnostic support (digital radiology, ultrasound, in‑house labs, dental suite, and more) Collaborate with an experienced team of doctors and licensed support staff within a culture that prioritizes both quality medicine and work‑life balance New and recent graduates: Develop confidence in clinical and surgical skills with direct mentorship allowing you to grow at a pace tailored to you We are seeking someone who is passionate about pet wellness, collaborative in approach, and enthusiastic about contributing to a supportive team culture.
