Brighter Futures Learning Center
Schertz and Cibolo, TX
Pay: $12 to $14 per hour based on experience, plus performance-based hourly pay and bonuses
Experience: No experience necessary. We provide paid training.
Open Positions
Location, Classroom & Schedule
Cibolo Two Year Old Classroom Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Schertz School Age Classroom Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm
About Us
Brighter Futures Learning Center is a locally owned childcare center serving families in Schertz and Cibolo. We care for children from infancy through school age and believe great care starts with a team that feels supported. We're looking for warm, dependable people who love working with kids and want to grow with us.
What You'll Do
• Run a safe, clean, and engaging classroom for your age group
• Plan and lead daily activities, play, and learning experiences
• Guide children through daily routines such as meals, snacks, hand washing, and cleanup
• Supervise children indoors and on the playground at all times, maintaining state ratios
• Build positive relationships with families and share updates at drop-off and pickup
• Work as part of a team and help cover other classrooms when needed
• Follow all Texas childcare licensing standards and center policies
What We're Looking For
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Patient, reliable, and on time
• Comfortable sitting on the floor, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds
• Able to pass a state-required background check, including fingerprinting
• Willing to complete state-required pre-service training and CPR/First Aid certification
