Coordinate patient care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support efficient surgical workflows, clear communication, and high-quality clinical outcomes. Perform circulating nurse responsibilities by monitoring patient status, documenting care in the Electronic Health Record, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation. Provide scrub nurse support by maintaining sterile technique, preparing instruments, and assisting surgeons to promote procedural efficiency and patient safety. Unit Description: Trauma Level 1 Pediatric Facility with multiple Operating Rooms and Procedure Rooms.
