Litigation Paralegal (Mass Torts)

A national and highly respected Mesothelioma/Asbestos law firm in Culver City is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team on a temp-to-hire basis. The firm is looking for a professional with strong litigation support experience who can immediately contribute to case management, discovery, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage discovery, including:
- Form Interrogatories
- Special Interrogatories
- Requests for Admission (RFAs)
- Requests for Production (RFPs)
- Utilize and customize discovery templates and shells as needed
- E-file documents in both California state and federal courts
- Maintain and monitor litigation calendars and critical deadlines
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case organization
- Support all phases of litigation from discovery through trial
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience drafting and responding to discovery (templates provided)
- Strong knowledge of e-filing procedures in state and federal courts
- Experience with calendaring litigation deadlines
- Trial preparation experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
- Asbestos, toxic tort, personal injury, or mass tort litigation experience is a plus
- Paralegal certificate is not required
Top Requirements
- 3-5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience preparing discovery shells (templates provided)
- E-filing and calendaring expertise
- Trial preparation experience
