Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing healthcare renovation projects in active, occupied hospital settings from pre-construction through close-out
• Leading and coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met
• Maintaining clear communication with hospital stakeholders while working in sensitive areas such as ICUs and inpatient units
• Enforcing safety, infection control, and site-specific protocols at all times
• Overseeing project documentation, cost tracking, change management, and reporting
• Partnering closely with superintendents and senior leadership to deliver projects

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
• Experience managing renovations in occupied spaces; healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage field teams and multiple project stakeholders
• Professional, detail-oriented, and mindful approach suitable for sensitive hospital environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow alongside the business
