Recruitment Associate

Buffkin/Baker is actively recruiting for an Associate to join our team in our Executive/Retained Search Firm. We are growing rapidly and are seeking energetic, talented team members to help us sustain our growth. The Associate is in an integral part of any search to which they are assigned. The Associate works directly with the Partners in the firm on the execution of a search. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, proactive team player with an emphasis on organization, customer service, professionalism, and quality. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented, self-motivated individual with the capability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, and the desire to provide a high-quality professional service solution. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Manage all aspects of the execution process communicated under the direction of the Partner Manage data entry and workflows in Crelate (Candidate Management System) Participate in the “kick off” meeting for every search Provide candidate and organizational research through online resources including LinkedIn Recruiter, ZOOMInfo, and other data tools for candidate sourcing Capable of creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development Initiate contact with potential candidates while effectively and persuasively communicating the nature of the opportunity Developing prospects into candidates, engaging them, and performing assessment/screenings Accurately assess candidate’s qualifications against the approved position specifications Actively conduct candidate development Interviews utilizing online networking, phone, email, digital communications, other communication resources Manage on-going and timely communication with candidates and keep them informed as of status and progress of search Participate in weekly organizational search updates within the firm Conduct additional background screening and education verifications General Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree a plus with previous work in HR, Recruiting, or other Talent Management areas preferred Strong people and technology skills Highly organized, with the ability to perform non-linear tasks with precision and efficiency Aptitude to work with Partners in the firm and their various styles of practice Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks Self-Confident Team-Player Outstanding verbal and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
