Position Details: ***This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite in either the southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel will likely be required.*** Duties and Responsibilities: Support end-users with IT-related problems in a responsive and service-oriented manner. Manage setup, maintenance, and management of IT-related equipment. Monitor backup jobs and ensure a high success rate. Manage time and projects effectively. Implement processes to maintain a stable network environment. Train staff on IT-related equipment. Assist with troubleshooting, installation, and implementation of systems. Develop and monitor performance levels of software and hardware. Maintain information architectures (data, application, network) to ensure system availability daily. Maintain hardware and software maintenance agreements to ensure operational integrity. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in IT or Business Systems. Clean criminal background check. Clean Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) or child protective services check. Physical Requirements and Work Conditions: Work is typically performed in an office environment.
