Industrial Electrician-Mechanic

We are hiring a full-time, permanent Industrial Electro-Mechanic for our corrugated packaging facility. This is a steady, first-shift position working 9 hours a day, Monday through Friday (45-hour work week) with steady year-round work and overtime opportunities. In this role, you will work on the plant floor to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery, with a heavy focus on electrical controls and PLC systems (Allen-Bradley and Siemens). Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair daily electro-mechanical problems on plant production machinery, including laminators, die-cutters, gluers, conveyors, and strappers.
• Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley (Studio5000) and Siemens (TIA Portal) PLCs, motor drives, relays, contactors, and electrical control components.
• Perform hands-on electro-mechanical repairs on motors, pumps, conveyors, motion systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Track and record maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance (PM) work orders using the plant CMMS system.
• Use testing instruments to trace electrical circuits and identify missing feedback signals on machinery, working both with and without electrical schematics.
• Keep the engineering team informed about daily equipment repairs, breakdown root causes, and machinery problems.
• Strictly follow company rules, safety values, a clean work area environment, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Handle miscellaneous maintenance assignments as needed to support the plant manufacturing rhythm.
