Screw Machine Operator - HamiltonIndividual will perform machine setup and run Acme and Davenport screw machines. Perform standard math add, subtract, multiply, and divide.Responsible for operation of screw machines; including, loading bar stock, filling fluids, and removing chips from machine. Responsible for performing setup on screw machines; including, tooling changes, tool sharpening, and tool adjustments to ensure continued conformance to specifications. Responsible for conformance with quality specifications. Ability to assist other operators in performing tool changes, trouble shooting, and maintenance activities. Ability to assist in training others on operation and setup of screw machines.Mechanically inclined. Individual needs to be good with tools and machinery and can adapt quickly to fixing things both familiar and unfamiliar. Perform standard math. Reasoning ability.
