Position: Project Analyst with Monday.com

Location: Chicago, 3 days a week in office

Duration: 12+ months

Mode of Interview: Video

The role

Client needs a detail-oriented, proactive Project Analyst to support a global HR transformation program. You’ll work with the Program Director, HR workstream leads, IT, and external partners on planning, milestone tracking, status reporting, and program documentation. The core of the role is status reporting and keeping the program tools current.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Director in day-to-day management of the global program

• Build and maintain the Monday.com framework: project plans, trackers, timelines, and risk/issue logs

• Develop and automate dashboards, reports, and trackers in Monday.com for leadership and stakeholders

• Continuously improve tool structure, workflows, and reporting to support decisions and reduce duplication

• Draft governance materials: weekly status reports and steering committee decks

• Coordinate deliverables such as process maps, and keep them aligned with program milestones

• Partner with HR process leads, IT, and system integrators to keep status, risks, and decisions up to date

• Assist with data migration, cutover planning, and deployment readiness tracking

Requirements

• 2-5 years of business analyst and/or project management experience

• Large-scale program experience, supporting global programs with stakeholders across regions

• Experience with program tools (Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Asana), including building dashboards, reports, and automated workflows

• Strong written and verbal communication, ideally with a global audience

• Bachelor’s degree

Must have:

• Monday.com experience (Client’s tool)

• HR system implementation experience (not required)

• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
