Wireline OperatorThe Wireline Operator plays a key role in supporting safe and efficient wireline operations in the field and at WOS shop locations. This position is responsible for operating and transporting equipment, performing rig-up and rig-down procedures, maintaining tools, and assisting the Wellsite Supervisor to ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.RequirementsSafely operate and transport wireline trucks and associated equipmentPerform ground operations during wireline jobsExecute rig-up and rig-down of wireline tools and pressure control equipmentMaintain, inspect, and service tools and equipment to ensure operational readinessAssist the Wellsite Supervisor in daily job execution and troubleshootingAdhere to all company and client safety policies and proceduresTravel to various job locations as requiredWhat We OfferFull-time position with competitive compensationPerformance-based bonus structureComprehensive insurancePaid vacation timeRotational schedule: 2 weeks on / 1 week offMinimum QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalentPhysical & Work RequirementsMust be at least 21 years of ageAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsCapable of working extended and non-standard hoursAvailability for on-call duties during scheduled rotationsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions year-roundExperience & CertificationsMinimum 2 years of wireline experience preferredExperience with pressure control equipment preferredValid Class A CDL requiredMust pass BATFE and MVR background checks
