Restaurant Manager - Food Service Supervisor - Management Braum's is looking for a positive, energetic person to join our team, offering an excellent compensation package and opportunities for advancement. Position: General Manager Annual Compensation: $88,500 - $92,500 Experience: 3 years Shift: 10:00 am – 7:30 pm Work Schedule: Rotating 3‑week schedule, expected 45‑hour work week. Reports to: District Manager General Manager’s role: Braum’s leaders execute the company’s brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values, creating a great customer experience and maximizing sales. By recognizing the importance of our people, we strengthen the team’s contribution toward achieving unit goals. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness. Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed. Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members, ensuring unit goals are achieved. Provide an enhanced customer‑centric culture with consistent guest service and food quality. Qualifications Customer focus. Strong work ethic with high standard for integrity. Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with all levels of the store team. Ability to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust. Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs and store environment conditions. Effective communication with leadership team members. Ability to identify optimal team alignment to enhance performance. Follow‑up and follow‑through discipline. Initiate action and achieve goals. Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to follow practices/procedures. Analytical skill to review, understand, and analyze reporting results. 3-5 years of running, managing, and leading a retail store unit. Associate’s Degree or some college preferred. Minimum 21 years of age. Valid driver’s license.
