Role: Product Owner
\nLocation: Phoenix, AZ
\nType: Contract
\n \nWe are looking for a results-driven Product Owner to define product vision, manage the product backlog, and work closely with engineering, design, business, and other stakeholders to deliver high-value products and features.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities. \n
- Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs. \n
- Gather and analyze customer, business, and market requirements. \n
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements . \n
- Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle. \n
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. \n
- Clarify requirements and provide timely decisions to development teams. \n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, dependencies, risks, and priorities. \n
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities. \n
- Define and track product KPIs and success metrics. \n
- Support user acceptance testing and validate that delivered features meet requirements. \n
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve product usability, quality, and business outcomes. \n
