Role Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care in a team-driven inpatient setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized care plans. They delegate responsibilities, monitor patient outcomes, and serve as a leader within the care team, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the New York State Nurse Practice Act.
