SAP Project Specialist

Job Title: SAP S/4HANA EPPM Project Systems (PS/PPM) Lead Location: Bay Area, CA (Onsite/Hybrid as required) Employment Type: W2 Only We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EPPM Project Systems (PS/PPM) Lead to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EPPM solutions as part of a large-scale ECC to S/4HANA transformation. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP S/4HANA EPPM (PS, PPM, CPM) solution design, configuration, and implementation. Align Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with manufacturing BOMs and customer product configurations. Design project costing, budgeting, asset capitalization (AUC), and R&D cost controlling processes. Integrate SAP PS/EPPM with FICO, MM, PP, and SD modules. Lead project data migration, validation, and go-live readiness activities. Design and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) while driving defect resolution. Configure settlement profiles, budget profiles, planning profiles, and Internal Orders. Monitor and troubleshoot IDoc interfaces between SAP S/4HANA and external PLM/legacy systems. Required Qualifications 12+ years of SAP implementation experience. 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration experience. SAP Project Systems (PS) Commercial Project Management (CPM) WBS, Networks, Costing & Settlement Internal Orders, Budget Profiles & Settlement Profiles IDocs and SAP integrations Experience integrating with SAP FICO, MM, PP, and SD. Strong experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) and data migration. Experience in Semiconductor, High-Tech Manufacturing, or Capital Equipment industries is highly preferred.
