The NEW Achievement Center will partner with Probation and community stakeholders to support at-risk youth through skill development, vocational training, career exploration, educational achievement, community linkage, and the development of positive interpersonal skills. Hourly rate: $24.00-26.00/hour, dependent on experience and language abilities This new program will serve South Bay youth and collaborate closely with local high schools, community organizations, and businesses to actively engage, motivate, and inspire participants. The Case Managers will support the development, implementation, and day-to-day operations of the Achievement Center, ensuring high-quality services and positive outcomes for youth. Hours will be M-F, 12-9pm. This new program will serve South Bay youth and collaborate closely with local high schools, community organizations, and businesses to actively engage, motivate, and inspire participants. The Program Manager will lead the development, implementation, and day-to-day operations of the Achievement Center, ensuring high-quality services and positive outcomes for youth. Case Manager (CM) The Case Manager is responsible for: Conducting initial assessments of youth participants. Developing individualized service and activity plans for youth. Coordinating family support services and interventions. Linking and referring youth and families to appropriate government and community resources. Monitoring progress and supporting successful program completion. Assisting with daily operations at the Achievement Center as directed by the Program Manager. Providing face-to-face supervision, support, and engagement for youth during Achievement Center operating hours. Ensuring that at least two staff members are present to supervise youth at all times. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a closely related field. Minimum of one (1) years of experience working directly with at-risk youth and families. Preferred Qualifications Lived experience relevant to the population served. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. Equivalent Experience Consideration Specific relevant experience or significant specialized skills may be substituted for formal education on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by NAI.
