A recognized family-owned in-water, undercover yacht repair facilities is hiring a Staff Accountant.

Job Function:

• Assist with the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate recording and classification of financial transactions.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances to support financial accuracy.
• Coordinate payment processing activities and expense accruals.
• Analyze financial data and transactions to identify trends and support business decision-making.
• Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documentation for internal and external reviews.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and support the implementation of new accounting standards and controls.

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelors in Accounting or like degree
• Strong experience with Excel- vlook ups, pivot tables
• Experience with ERP system and GAAP Financials
