Senior Production Engineer

Seeking a full-time Senior Production Engineer, this hybrid role will focus on implementing scalable infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and bare-metal environments while driving an "automation-first" culture and enhancing observability standards. Key responsibilities Implement highly available, scalable infrastructure across multiple environments Drive automation by writing code to eliminate manual processes and build self-healing systems Lead incident management efforts and develop response playbooks for operational excellence Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience managing reliability and scalability for large-scale production services Deep expertise in programming languages such as Python, Go, or C/C++ Strong background in networking protocols and Linux/RHEL systems Experience in high-stakes incident management and 24/7 on-call rotations Proficiency in leveraging ITIL frameworks for service maturity and problem management
