As a Shift Manager, you will develop essential managerial skills while still being able to enjoy the fast-paced restaurant vibes with your team members. This role is great for individuals who want to make a difference for their community while showing off the quality of their work. The Shift Manager has full accountability for restaurant operations during assigned shifts when the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is not present. This position operates under the direct management of the RGM and helps lead the restaurant team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Train and supervise team members on team stations, Burger King products, processes, and policies. Resolve challenges or assist team members and customers in resolving problems. Ensure work areas are up to health and safety standards by keeping a clean and organized environment by Burger King Standards. Follow cash control/security procedures and help implement marketing plans, maintain inventory, manage labor, and apply financial reports throughout shifts. Assists RGM in enforcing compliance with government regulations, BK Market Policy, procedures relating to all restaurant activities across shifts. Prompt and regular attendance for assigned shifts, meetings, and training. Available to work evening, weekends, and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
