Located in Chandler, AZ

Salary: $27 - $30

The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role ensures optimal equipment performance, minimizes downtime, and supports continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues
Conduct routine inspections and scheduled maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform root cause analysis
Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation accurately
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Assist in continuous improvement and preventive maintenance programs
Perform basic facility maintenance as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or trade school preferred
3-5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working around moving machinery and industrial equipment
Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (noise, temperature, etc.)

Additional Information

Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
Overtime may be required based on business needs
