What You’ll Be Doing as a Fraud Customer Service Specialist

• Handle inbound phone and chat customer inquiries related to suspected fraud

• Investigate account activity and take action to prevent unauthorized transactions

• Place account holds and escalate concerns when needed

• Accurately document actions for compliance and audit purposes

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, merchants, and internal teams

• Support process improvements and special projects as assigned

What We’re Looking For in a Fraud Customer Service Specialilst

• 1–3 years of call center or customer service experience (phone required; chat strongly preferred)

• Experience in banking, financial services, fraud, disputes, or identity theft is a plus

• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and using Microsoft Office

• Ability to work onsite in Draper, Utah
