Location:   Concord, NH In Person
Pay:  $17.00-$18.00
Schedule:   Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:30 pm (1hr Lunch)

Are you organized, fast-paced, and great at coordinating people? Do you enjoy solving problems and making sure everything runs smoothly? Sanel NAPA Auto Parts is looking for a Dispatcher to lead our delivery operations and help provide exceptional service to our commercial and retail customers.

As our Dispatcher, you'll coordinate delivery routes, support our team of Delivery Drivers, communicate with customers, and ensure parts arrive safely and on time. If you're a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Dispatch and coordinate local delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
• Assign deliveries based on customer priority, traffic, and driver availability.
• Monitor driver progress using NAPA Delivery Tracker.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates and special requests.
• Support Delivery Drivers and step in to make deliveries when needed.
• Coordinate order staging and ensure hazardous material documentation is included when required.
• Process customer returns and ensure timely credit processing.
• Monitor department scheduling and labor hours.
• Complete weekly vehicle safety inspections and maintain fleet documentation.
• Assist with online orders and incoming phone calls during busy periods.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, customer service, and safety.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn dispatch software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Previous dispatch, logistics, warehouse, delivery, transportation, automotive, or customer service experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right candidate.

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular walking, standing, bending, lifting (up to 40 pounds occasionally), and working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Appropriate personal protective equipment is provided and required.
