Location: Williston, ND, 58801 | Pay Rate: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour | 12-hour shifts (8 days on/4 off, 8 nights on/4 off)

Responsibilities

- Assist with laboratory testing of downhole fluids, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards
- Record, maintain, and report testing data using computer systems and software
- Prepare laboratory reports and technical presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain lab equipment, cleanliness, and proper waste disposal
- Conduct quality assurance tests, risk analyses, and audits to uphold strict safety and quality protocols
- Collaborate with technical teams and Client Support Labs to support additive selection and fluid design
- Participate in Service Quality and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) meetings and initiatives
- Wear PPE and strictly follow all laboratory and company safety policies

Required Skills and Experience

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and protocols
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (day/night) and wear required PPE (respirator)
- Capability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Eagerness to learn and accept comprehensive training

Preferred Skills

- Previous laboratory experience
- Familiarity with technical reporting or fluid testing in oilfield environments
- Exposure to quality assurance or safety programs
