Key Responsibilities of the Sales Support Specialist

• Process opportunities, quote requests, and sales orders in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams, including engineering, estimating, logistics, and purchasing.
• Implement final customer purchase orders in coordination with sales representatives.
• Communicate with customers regarding quote requests and order statuses.
• Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust and responsiveness.
• Support business development by researching potential clients.
• Maintain and run management reports.
• Assist in creating sales presentations and marketing communications.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications of the Sales Support Specialist:

• 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Experience working with an ERP system preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
