• Timely completion of banking documentation and financial coordination activities.

• Accuracy and timely submission of invoices, vouchers, employee expenses, and supporting documents.

• Timely processing of Purchase Orders and vendor coordination.

• Accuracy of employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.

• Timely onboarding and documentation of new employees.

• Accuracy and completeness of employee records and HR documentation.

• Compliance with company policies, banking requirements, and statutory documentation.

• Effective coordination with the India Corporate Office, USA CPA Firm, banks, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
