We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, testing, and HR process improvement initiatives. You will work with HR, Payroll, IT and business teams to support HR technology solutions and improve workforce processes.

• Assist with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration activities.

• Gather and document HR business and functional requirements.

• Support modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding and Performance & Goals.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to improve HR processes.

• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.

• Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Troubleshoot functional issues and assist with resolution.

• Support system enhancements, upgrades and quarterly releases.

• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation and user guides.

• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and system maintenance.

• Provide end-user support and training.
