In this role, you provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices, complete thoroughassessmentsand implement individualized care plans to supportoptimalrecovery. You coordinate and communicate with physicians, ancillarystaffand families to ensure continuity and clarity throughout each patient’s stay. Youmaintainaccurate,timelydocumentation and uphold all safety and regulatory standards while actively contributing to a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and accountability. Qualifications Education & Experience High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE)or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificaterequired Consistent demonstration of competent clinical nursing practiceproficiencyrequired Must have at least 1+years acute care RN experience required.
