What You Will Do As Store Manager your main contribution will be to lead the store in all aspects. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, management, and clienteling, according to our cutting‑edge approach to client experience. You will play a vital role in ensuring excellent service and sales results by: Overseeing day‑to‑day operations of the store, ensuring a luxurious and cutting‑edge atmosphere Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement to drive store performance Managing inventory levels, conducting stock checks Analyzing KPIs and acting proactively to implement sales strategies Recruiting, training, and leading your team, including setting performance goals, and conducting performance evaluations Who You Are You have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact.
