COTA is seeking a Treasury and Debt Analyst in Columbus to lead sophisticated cash flow forecasting, manage daily liquidity, and oversee public funds investments and debt portfolio growth. This role partners with Finance leadership to optimize capital structure for ongoing infrastructure and transit projects and ensures long-term fiscal sustainability.
