Certifications ACLS (AHA) Certifications BLS (AHA) Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Medical Surgical - Telemetry in last 3 years. Skills Assessment MST skills assessment with 2.7+ score. References 1 Supervisor reference within the last 2 years. 1 Charge RN reference within the last 2 years. Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee at this facility in the two years. Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than two holidays off during my assignment. COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed. Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
