Scrum Master

1. Job Title :Cogniznat is looking for Scrum Master 2. Job Summary :Technical Skills Agile scrum masters. Should be work with ambiguity changing timelines/features own and deliver sprints Should help the team coordinate with other teams on the Agile Release Train (ART) and communicate status to management as needed Additional Skills* Should have knowledge on sprint artifacts. Should know to drive sprint demo review meetings etc. independently and able to resolve impediments in the team. Should help the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items Detailed JD 1.Experience working in Scrum/Agile model. 2.Introduce new user or job stories in JIRA /ADO. 3.Experience working in Retail Ecommerce / Healthcare domain. 4.Highly motivated team player with excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills. 5.Worked efficiently on multiple projects spanning over different releases at the same time 6.Ensure that stories are clearly defined and include constraints and high quality acceptance criteria 7.Ensure that acceptance criteria aligns with stakeholder expectations 8.Ensure that acceptance criteria covers all reasonable happy path and error path situations 3. Shift :General shift: 9AM-7PM IST 4.
