Responsibilities

Order Processing & Logistics

• Enter orders into SAP to trigger warehouse pick-and-pack operations.
• Process order details, verify pricing, track inventory, and update customers on delivery status.
• Coordinate across internal teams to schedule deliveries and confirm availability.

Customer & Sales Support

• Resolve customer and sales team inquiries regarding orders and product styles.
• Open, update, and manage standard and consignment customer accounts.

Finance & Administration

• Handle daily invoicing, returns, chargebacks, and credit/debit memos.
• Generate sales reports, track account shipping data, and maintain accurate records.
