Job Description: Outpatient Family Medicine opening Mix of value-based and fee-for-service patients Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 15-18 patients per day No hospital responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits: Employed position with base salary plus bonus incentives and company stock 220k salary plus quality bonuses based on star ratings Bonuses up to 40k year one. Additional bonus year two Malpractice, $5,000 relocation 22 days PTO, 6 paid public holidays, health insurance, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, employee assistance program

Community: Primary care group with multiple locations along the Florida Atlantic Coast

Requirements: BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine Full License Spanish bilingual required
