Technical Lead

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring 7+ years of experience within the past ten years leading technical efforts or supervising teams that support intelligence analysis requirements.
• We bring 7+ years of experience within the past ten years supporting the Intelligence Community or related government, industrial, or academic environments in intelligence collection, policy, and systems or capabilities.
• We bring 7+ years of experience within the past ten years applying intelligence analysis principles, concepts, and methods, including HUMINT and SIGINT techniques.
• We bring 5+ years of experience within the past ten years developing requirements and approaches to collect, assess, manage, and present intelligence in support of cyber investigations and operations.
• We bring 5+ years of experience within the past ten years producing analytical reports, serialized intelligence products, and operational cyber threat products.
• We bring 5+ years of project management experience within the past ten years managing scope, cost, resources, risk, and schedule.
• We prefer experience leading multidisciplinary contractor teams supporting complex intelligence operations across CONUS and OCONUS locations.
• We prefer a background working directly with senior leadership across the Intelligence Community, DoD, industry, and academic partners.
• We prefer advanced expertise in multi-INT fusion, intelligence system capabilities, and operational cyber threat analysis.
• We require an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.

• We provide overall leadership and direction for contractor personnel, including task assignment and oversight of team performance.
• We supervise ongoing technical efforts to help ensure strong quality and efficiency across all task requirements.
• We support the Government with financial and business processes related to the PWS, excluding inherently governmental functions.
• We develop requirements and methods to collect, analyze, manage, and present intelligence in support of cyber investigations and operations.
• We write analytical reports, serialized intelligence products, and operational cyber threat products.
• We apply intelligence analysis principles and methods, including HUMINT and SIGINT, to support intelligence collection, policy, and systems capabilities.
• We travel occasionally to CONUS and OCONUS locations to support mission needs.
