Job Title: Quality/Production

2nd Shift Position: 7:00am-3:30pm

Job Description

This role involves operating production machinery, assembling and packaging products, and supporting a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will follow detailed work instructions, perform routine quality checks, and help ensure products meet established standards. The position requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork to meet daily production and efficiency goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and tools in a safe, efficient, and consistent manner.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to written work instructions and specifications.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards and specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and promptly report malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company guidelines.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and required personal protective equipment (PPE) practices.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals and efficiency standards while maintaining quality.
• Assist with material handling, loading, and general production support tasks as needed.
• Perform picking, packing, and general assembly tasks on the production line.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support smooth production flow and resolve issues.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of MOUNT STERLING, KY.

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in MOUNT STERLING,KY.
