Activities Assistant

Provide assistance to the Activities Director in assessing residents' needs and interests Assist with the selection, organization, and implementation of activities and recreational services Address the individual needs and interests of residents Conduct activities and recreational services for senior living residents Requirements A fire and passion for working with seniors A flexible, fun, and energetic personality Prior experience as an Activities Assistant in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred Activities Certification preferred One year of experience conducting activities and recreational services within the past five years preferred Professional image in both appearance and behavior Excellent written and oral communication skills Core Competencies Demonstrates a strong ability to assess and address the individual needs and interests of senior residents through the organization and implementation of engaging activities and recreational services. Possesses excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor to effectively interact with residents and team members.
