Community Outreach Representative - Entry Level

We’re hiring Community Outreach Representatives to support nonprofit campaigns, fundraising initiatives, community events, and face-to-face outreach .
No previous experience is required. Paid training, hands-on coaching, and professional development are provided.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, college students, first-time job seekers, and candidates with retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, sales, or event experience.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers and community members at local events and outreach locations
- Represent nonprofit organizations and fundraising campaigns
- Share information about community programs and charitable initiatives
- Build positive relationships through friendly, face-to-face communication
- Support fundraising, community outreach, and promotional activities
- Assist with event registration, materials, and on-site activities
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
- Work toward individual and team goals
