Furniture & Home Décor Store
Are you a motivated leader with a passion for home design and customer service? We’re looking for a Retail Shift Manager to help lead our sales floor, support our team, and create an inviting shopping experience our customers love.

All of our store managers started as shift leaders so their is also growth potential if desired.
SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS REQUIRED!!
We prefer Full time but part time available for the right individual.
Responsibilities
Strong Customer Service skills
Able to manage and delegate tasks when store manager is not there
Able to lift and load all home decor items and furniture items and "team lift" all heavy large furniture items with another employee.
Able to use a ladder to hang wall art on display and get down wall art for customers.
Must be a "LEADER not a boss" we need some one who likes to be hands on and lead by example NOT someone who just wants to tell others what to do.
Pay: $17-$19/hr depending on experience
2 weeks vacation
