Manufacturing Machine Operator

HNI Corporation is seeking a Machine Operator to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will set up, run, and monitor production machinery to meet safety, quality, and output goals. You’ll interpret work orders and basic drawings, perform measurements and inspections, and complete routine adjustments and changeovers. Daily duties include material loading, basic machine troubleshooting, and accurate documentation of production data. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team, follow 5S and continuous improvement practices, and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient manufacturing environment.
