The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and stabilizing operations within the 35+ bed emergency department, overseeing a team of approximately 68 FTEs. Key duties include guiding clinical operations, improving patient satisfaction, managing throughput, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing coaching to the leadership staff. The ideal candidate for this interim role will have a background in hands-on emergency department leadership, strong change-management skills, and a proven track record of enhancing quality metrics and team engagement. The role demands a highly organized, patient-focused individual with the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and excellent communication skills. Applicants for the Interim Director position must have a BSN, with a master's degree strongly preferred, and an active RN license. The role requires a candidate who is available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance and is capable of making a significant impact in a short period.
